It is GI haircut—very GI—as Coast Guardsman Nolan Etchison, Torpedoman Third Class, of Lockport Illinois (seated) goes to the barber shop aboard a Coast Guard destroyer escort somewhere in the Atlantic. Happily he chews a cigar while Harold Mason, a Signalman Second Class, of Rhinelander, Wisconsin gives him a clipping.
